Yearly school fees are payable monthly in advance, over 12 months, via debit order, OR a once-off payment at the end of the previous year for the next year, or on the 1st day of term of the new year (qualifying for a 10% discount); OR half-yearly with 2 post dated cheques made out for the 1st of January and 1st of June of the relevant year (qualifying for a 5% discount).

Admission Fee (non-refundable)
A once-off registration fee of R2200-00 will be charged with enrolment.
Development Fund
A Development fund of R500-00 per year per pupil will be charged at the beginning of the year. These funds are used to buy new books and equipment for the school.
Outings and monthly class fundraisers
An amount of R900 will automatically be charged at the beginning of the year for all educational outings, exhibitions, shows, activities and the normal monthly class fundraisers. It simplifies admin for the school and the parents. It is a non-refundable fee and eliminates the need for the school to have the general monthly class fundraisers and to ask smaller fees for activities.

Aftercare Fees:
R500.00 monthly in advance
Holiday Care
R50-00 per day + R25-00 (lunch & snack) = R75-00 per day. Bookings and payments to be made in advance.
Notice Period
1 Full term’s (3 months) written notice must be given.
Annual Payments
Parents who pay annually in advance will enjoy a 10% discount and parents paying half yearly in advance will enjoy a 5 % discount.
Siblings
The first child per family pays the full amount and any brothers or sisters qualify for a 10% discount on the relevant rate.
Monthly Payments
Fees are payable monthly in advance via debit order. Parents complete the Debit Order Instruction Form when they enrol their child at school unless they chose the yearly or half-yearly payment option. Please use your child’s name and surname as reference.

Medication
If your child is on medication, it MUST be written in the school’s medicine book and handed over to the teacher. No medication will be given, unless it is in the book and you have signed your authority for it to be administered. |
